Welsh oak dresser from Carmarthenshire, circa 1770. The timber of this dresser as superb figuring and patination.
The rack has a nicely shaped cornice with a shaped frieze below it. The edges of the rack have a reeded decoration at the top, spreading down to an intricately shaped bottom section ending in slim-line shoes.
There are three drawers in the base that sit above a triple-arched apron, supported by chamfered legs encasing a boarded potboard.
