Miniature mahogany chiffonier with serpentine front, bearing the inscription "Alfred May, Maker, Bush St", Pembroke Dock , circa 1880.
The arched splash back and shelf have applied split-turned beading around the edges, and the shelf is supported by two intricately turned columns and sits upon a serpentine base.
Each section of the base is decorated with a diamond consisting of chequered inlay and framed on either side with split-turned columns.
The whole is raised on a shaped plinth supported on ball feet.
