This is a nicely proportioned mahogany dropleaf pedestal table, circa 1810.
The well-figured top is framed with a broad strip of cross-banding which is complemented with the inlaid detail to the drawer front. The top section is supported on a robust pedestal and raised on four nicely shaped legs ending in castors.
