Mahogany bureau cabinet of rich colour, the upper section with a cornice incorporating broken-dentil moulding over a pair of fine serpentine-shaped panelled doors enclosing adjustable shelves and with candle slides, the lower section with a fall enclosing a fitted interior (with secret drawers) over four graduated cock-beaded drawers, raised on shaped bracket feet, circa 1760
